Purchasing Procedures

The Wa Man Health website is operated by Wa Man Health Limited. Throughout the website, terms such as “we,” “the company,” or “our” refer to Wa Man Health Limited. We own and operate the website. Our website provides a convenient shopping model and offers online information about products (“services”).

Terms and Conditions: To purchase from this online store, you must be 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to purchase from this online store.

Delivery Policy: We aim to deliver products to our customer’s address and date which was specified at the checkout time of purchase order (updated in the order confirmation). Surcharge of HKD 10 is applied for remote area delivery service and surcharge areas, which including Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, Lantau Island South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo and Pui O etc.) If we anticipate that we are not able to deliver to your request date, we will try to notify you in advance. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, liability, cost, damage, extra charges or expenses incurred by the result of any delay in delivery.

Refund/Return/Order Cancellation Policy: We do not accept returns on any of our products. We will only accept exchanges if the product is damaged upon receipt. If the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by Whatsapp (+852 6081 7777) with attaching the order number and clear photos of the damaged goods.  After confirmation, we will reply with the return details. Please then return the damaged goods together with all packaging materials within 14 days after receiving return details. If we can not provide a replacement of goods, the amount you paid will be refunded to your credit card. The return products must be returned unused; product labels must not have been tampered or removed and the product must be in its original box or bag (if applicable).

Checkout and Payment Procedures: You can use the payment methods offered as listed on the platform.

1. General Terms

   1.1 Wa Man Health’s customers can purchase local or imported health supplement products directly via Wa Man Health online store.

   1.2 Wa Man Health will do our best to ensure that the product prices and information listed on the e-store are updated. Wa Man Health reserve the rights to update product prices without prior notice.
   All orders may be accepted at our sole discretion based on stock availability.

   1.3 All photos and images displayed regarding to the products on our e-store are for reference only, in accord to help you identify the product.

   1.4 We make every effort to ensure that the products stock on our e-store are in stock. If any product cannot be provided due to shortage, we have the right not to accept the purchase order.

   1.5 All purchase orders are subject to stock availability before final confirmation.

2. Privacy Protection

   2.1 In order to protect customer’s personal data privacy rights, we ensure that our policies and practices of collecting, using, retaining, transferring and accessing personal data are comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong. 3. Payment Method

   3.1 Wa Man Health online store accepts electronics payment with our designated credit cards or other designated electronic payment methods. The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars.

   3.2 All goods purchase online are subject to our sole discretion and are accepted subject to stock availability. All the online purchase order are at our decision to accept the purchase order base on stock availability.

4. Others

   4.1 Basic of supply: We only sell and delivery products to consumers. Wa Man Health do not sell our products for resell purpose.

   4.2 Force majeure circumstance: If we are unable to provide accurate service due to force majeure (including due to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures or any situation beyond our control) We will not be responsible for any liability to users or any third party.

   4.3 You may not assign, transfer or otherwise transfer any rights and responsibilities under these Terms and Conditions to any other person without our written consent.

   4.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is interpreted to be illegal or invalid, such provision will be deleted and will not affect the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

   4.5 These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous negotiations, representations, understandings, and agreements.

   4.6 Wa Man Health reserve the right to amend, change or add in any terms under these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.

   4.7 In case of any dispute, Wa Man Health reserve the right to make the final decision.

5. Online store purchasing instructions

   5.1 The online store only accepts orders for delivery to the designated delivery address in Hong Kong or for self-pickup at the designated address in Hong Kong.

   5.2 When you purchase products from us, you agree to make a shopping request to us in accordance with these terms and conditions and entrust us to deliver the products to your designated delivery address or designated address for collection on your behalf. Once we receive your purchase order, we will notify you and confirm receipt of your order. This reply does not mean that we have accepted your order. If we are unable to provide any purchase ordered products or services, or if there are payment problems with the credit card you use or any other reason, we have the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any product or service on your order, we will notify you by phone or email.

   5.3 Once your order request is accepted by us, we will confirm your acceptance of the order and notify you of the time and date for delivery/pick-up at the designated address.

6. Online store local delivery service (applicable to those who choose to send purchase orders to designated delivery addresses in Hong Kong)

   6.1 After you submit your purchase order in our online store, if the order is accepted by us, we will confirm the estimated delivery time and date to you. The delivery person will call you before the goods arrive. Please check whether the purchased goods are complete, and the recipient will write his name and signature on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the goods.

   6.2 If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, we will postpone delivery by one working day.

   6.3 All delivery dates and times are estimated delivery dates and times only. Wa Man Health will not be responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer due to delivery delays.

   6.4 In case of any dispute, Wa Man Health reserve the right to make the final decision.
